Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 2yr experience candidates preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related field
- Experience working with NBFC-licensed operations (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Team handling and supervision
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of collections processes and compliance standards
- Ability to manage field recovery operations and reporting
**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
