Quality Engineer – Junior / Fresher
Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Instrumentation
Experience: 0–2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of precision components.
- Inspect components as per drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge and gauges.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of machined components, fixtures and stencils.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Identify non-conforming components and coordinate with production for corrective action.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Follow ISO 9001 quality procedures and internal inspection standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Design and Engineering teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and inspection records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
