Job Summary
The Internal Audit Executive/Officer will be responsible for conducting audits related to stock/inventory, fixed assets, operational processes, and documentation across all company hubs and warehouses. The role involves verifying records, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs, identifying process gaps, and strengthening internal controls to improve operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and accountability.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage audit assignments while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Stock / Inventory Audit
- Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory and stock in all hubs.
- Compare physical stock with ERP/system records and identify variances.
- Verify inward, outward, transfer, and adjustment entries.
- Prepare stock audit reports with observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and operations teams for reconciliation.
Fixed Assets Audit
- Verify fixed assets physically and reconcile with fixed asset registers in all hubs.
- Ensure proper tagging and identification of company assets.
- Check capitalization, depreciation, transfer, and disposal records.
- Review asset movement and maintenance documentation.
- Identify missing, idle, or damaged assets and report findings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify supporting documents, approvals, invoices, GRNs, and audit trails.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of audit and operational documents.
- Review SOP compliance and internal control procedures.
- Identify gaps in documentation and recommend corrective actions.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational information.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare audit reports, checklists, and reconciliation statements.
- Highlight risks, control weaknesses, and process improvement areas.
- Follow up on audit observations and closure status.
- Provide MIS and audit-related data to management when required.
Accounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including supplier payments, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports aligned with statutory and investor requirements.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Additional certification in Audit or Accounting is preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Inventory Audit, or Finance.
- Experience in warehouse, retail, pharmaceutical, or trading industry preferred.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
