About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience in an agency or B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building brands, driving inbound lead generation, and executing data-driven marketing strategies that contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's brand positioning and marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, authority, and market presence.
- Own and drive inbound lead generation through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Drive organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, and other emerging digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency or B2B business.
- Proven experience in building and scaling inbound lead generation systems.
- Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Demonstrated success in positioning brands and driving demand generation.
- Experience managing premium brand-building initiatives.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- Agency or B2B marketing experience is mandatory.
- Proven success in demand generation and inbound marketing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
