Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Working Model: 4–5 hour overlap with U.S. team
Job Summary:
The Demand Generation Manager owns the end-to-end execution of digital demand programs supporting global GTM initiatives. This role serves as the execution engine for campaigns across email, paid media, nurtures, and landing pages, ensuring consistent delivery, optimization, and reporting.
This role works closely with ABM and Product Marketing to operationalize messaging at scale and requires regular overlap with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across email, paid, nurtures, and landing pages

Own end-to-end execution of demand gen programs with minimal supervision

Collaborate with ABM and Product Marketing to operationalize targeted messaging

Manage HubSpot workflows, and campaign setup

Produce campaign performance reporting and optimization recommendations

Support and guide junior India-based team members on execution tasks

Ensure repeatable, documented campaign processes

Maintain delivery cadence aligned with US-based marketing rhythms
Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience
