Key Responsibilities
- Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and cleaning mirrors.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Scrub toilets, showers, bathtubs, and vanity areas; ensure all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
- Linen & Bed Making: Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh, clean ones.
- Room Setup & Supplies: Restock guest supplies (soap, shampoo, lotion), replenish beverages/snacks, and ensure minibar is stocked.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report all maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and sanitization protocols.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer queries, and address requests (e.g., extra pillows, cleaning) in a professional manner.
