Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right course based on their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0–1 year of experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
