Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Registration & Management:
- Register our organization on the GeM portal.
- Manage and update vendor profile information regularly.
Product Upload & Catalog Management:
- List products/services with accurate details and images.
- Ensure compliance with GeM listing guidelines and policies.
Bid & Tender Management:
- Search for relevant bids/tenders and apply on behalf of the organization.
- Monitor tender status, deadlines, and coordinate required documentation.
Order Management:
- Process orders received through the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and invoicing.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain records of transactions, bid submissions, and sales.
- Generate periodic reports for management.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate with buyers on the platform for clarifications and queries.
- Liaise with government officials if necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Familiarity with the GeM portal and its processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
