Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to assist clients with immigration and visa-related services. The candidate will guide clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, work permits, PR options, documentation, and application procedures while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visa and immigration processes.
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and visa procedures.
- Assist clients in choosing suitable visa categories and countries.
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Verify and collect required documents from clients.
- Coordinate with processing teams for smooth application handling.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Achieve monthly targets and business goals.
- Provide accurate and updated information about immigration policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain professionalism.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
