Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity
Configure and troubleshoot audio/video equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, LED displays, and conferencing systems
Support live event audio/video operations and meeting room setups
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications • Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
Perform preventive maintenance for IT and AV equipment
Maintain inventory and documentation of IT/AV assets
Ensure smooth operation of classrooms, conference halls, studios, or event venues Required Skills
Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with audio/video systems and cabling
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Willingness to learn and handle onsite technical support activities
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field
Freshers with practical knowledge can also apply
Prior experience in AV support or desktop support is an added advantage Additional Requirements
Candidates must be willing to stay in the hostel
Candidates should be disciplined, responsible, and available for emergency support if required
