Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, developing dealer networks, and promoting Oraco Dental Innovation products across dental clinics, implantologists, hospitals, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities in dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions
- Promote dental implants, prosthetic components, and related products
- Increase market share through strategic sales planning and execution
2. Channel & Dealer Management
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Ensure product availability and smooth supply chain in the region
- Monitor dealer performance and support growth initiatives
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with dentists, implantologists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Conduct regular visits, product demonstrations, and clinical discussions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Marketing & Brand Development
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training programs for dentists
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
5. Team Management (if applicable)
- Lead, train, and motivate sales executives
- Monitor performance and provide regular guidance
- Ensure team achieves assigned targets
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely payment collection and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy / Dentistry / Business (MBA preferred)
- 3–8+ years experience in dental / medical device / pharma sales
- Strong network in dental industry (clinics, hospitals, dealers)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
