We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven FMCG industry experience to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and develop strong distributor and retailer networks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to handle multiple markets efficiently.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years in FMCG
Work Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM
Work Mode: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients
- Achieve sales targets and increase product visibility
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and collections
Required Skills
- FMCG sales/business development experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good understanding of distribution and retail markets
- Ability to manage multiple territories independently
