We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Automation Specialist to manage, scale, and optimize our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role combines creative content execution with technical automation and integration expertise to ensure consistent growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily/weekly social media posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads.
- Manage automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, CRM integrations) to streamline communication and lead nurturing.
- Scale campaigns by leveraging AI tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging and brand voice.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in social media, automation, and AI-driven marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of integrations across platforms (CRM, WhatsApp, email, analytics).
- Ability to create engaging content and manage posting calendars.
- Analytical mindset with experience in scaling campaigns through data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and workflow automation.
- Experience in scaling social media accounts for agencies or SMBs.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and reputation management as a plus.
