A Bakery Plant Manager directs the daily operations of a commercial baking facility. They oversee production schedules, manage staff, enforce strict food safety and quality control standards, and optimise operational efficiency to meet supply chain demands while minimising waste and equipment downtime
Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Develop and implement production schedules to meet retail or wholesale demands without compromising quality. Oversee ingredient prep, mixing, baking, and packaging operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all baked goods conform to strict specifications. Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor raw material levels and place ingredient orders. Manage plant budgets, track operating expenses, and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise baking staff. Manage shift schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule routine preventative maintenance on commercial ovens, mixers, and packaging lines to prevent costly production delays.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
