About the Role:
We are hiring a MIS Executive / MIS Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Dashboard Creation. The candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, generating MIS reports, and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights.
The role also requires basic exposure to AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data trackers
- Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop interactive dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets
- Automate reports and workflows using Google Apps Script / Excel automation
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and reporting
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for faster reporting, formula generation, and data insights
- Improve efficiency by automating repetitive MIS tasks
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Experience in Dashboard Creation & MIS Reporting
- Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script / Automation
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python
- Exposure to AI tools for reporting and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting roles

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.63 per month
