We're Hiring | Graphic Designer (Fresher) | Bangalore

What you'll own:
On the creative side — designing social media creatives, presentations, brochures, brand assets, digital campaigns, event creatives, and marketing materials that reflect the REDS brand.
On the design side — supporting the marketing, business development, and design teams in creating engaging visual content, maintaining brand consistency, brainstorming creative concepts, and delivering high-quality designs on time.
You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across branding, commercial interiors, experiential design, and digital marketing while learning from an experienced team.
We're hiring for:
Graphic Designer (Fresher) — 0–1 year of experience
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
You're a great fit if you have:
✅ A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
✅ Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
✅ Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign and Figma is an advantage
✅ Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding principles
✅ A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or personal design projects
✅ Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
✅ Good communication and time management skills
✅ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline
