- Assembly and Layout: Mounting DIN rails, wiring ducts, circuit breakers, power supplies, relays, and PLC hardware according to, for example, AutoCAD or EPLAN designs.
- Wiring and Termination: Connecting wires from components to terminal blocks based on electrical drawings (top-to-down, left-to-right).
- Wiring Management: Cutting, stripping, and crimping wires, adding ferrule markings for identification, and dressing cables for neatness.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting continuity checks, point-to-point testing, and diagnosing wiring faults to ensure functionality.
- Compliance: Ensuring all wiring meets electrical safety standards and client specifications.
