Salary: Starting at ₹15,000+ per month (Final compensation will be determined based on your skills and finalized during the interview)
Position Overview
Lyxaa is seeking a highly talented Videographer & Video Editor to take ownership of our visual content from concept to final cut. In this role, you will handle high-end production equipment on set and execute pristine post-production workflows.
We don't count years on a resume; we care about your execution. We specialize in premium, minimalist, high-impact media including long-form podcasts, sharp reels/shorts, and brand campaigns. If you are a fresher with an exceptional eye for framing, pacing, and clean aesthetic design who can deliver cinematic results, we want to see your work.
Core Responsibilities
- Production & Cinematography: Set up and operate high-end cameras, professional studio lighting, and audio equipment to capture premium footage.
- Post-Production & Editing: Assemble raw footage into high-retention long-form podcasts and fast-paced, engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts).
- Motion Graphics & Continuity: Utilize advanced motion graphics, seamless transitions, and precise sound design to elevate narrative flow.
- Color Grading & Audio Mastering: Deliver flawless color correction and clean audio mixing that aligns with our premium brand identity.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain a consistent, Apple-level minimalist visual style across all video platforms, ensuring every asset feels polished and intentional.
Technical Requirements & Skills
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, alongside Adobe After Effects.
- Production Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of working with professional mirrorless/cinema cameras, studio lighting grids, and external audio recorders.
- Aesthetic Standard: A strong understanding of framing, whitespace, timing, and premium execution.
- Portfolio Requirement: A link to a portfolio or showreel demonstrating your technical capability, clean cuts, and advanced post-production work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Critical Disqualifiers
- No Mobile-Only Videography: This position requires operating professional, high-end cinema and studio equipment.
- No Mobile Editing Suites: All post-production must be executed using professional desktop platforms. Experience limited to CapCut or mobile-based templates will not be considered.
