Are you a seasoned HR professional with a hands-on leadership style and a knack for driving operational excellence?
What You Will Do:
- HR Operations: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, exits, and HR documentation.
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate execution of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management while maintaining strict statutory and labor compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment).
- Administration & Facilities: Manage office administration, infrastructure support, facility budgets, and vendor contracts (security, housekeeping, transport) across corporate and site offices.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare HR MIS dashboards for leadership reviews and maintain total audit readiness.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 7–12 years of core HR operations and administration experience.
- Industry Preference: Background in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or similar asset-heavy industries is highly preferred.
- Education: Any Graduate or MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent stakeholder management, and a high-ownership mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
