Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of multiple projects, aligning with the company’s goals.
- Develop frameworks for project management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate architectural innovation with civil engineering best practices.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end multiple project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Oversee the coordination between design and construction teams to maintain project alignment.
Client Engagement
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Present project plans, progress updates, and solutions for any challenges to stakeholders.
- Address client feedback with an emphasis on maintaining quality and timelines.
Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing project management team.
- Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration between architecture, design, and construction teams.
- Develop training programs to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
Financial Oversight
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize resources.
- Track financial performance and ensure projects meet profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in the construction and design-build industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial projects.
- Familiarity with architecture-driven design-build workflows.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
