Document workflows, steps, dependencies, and required inputs in a structured format
Identify inconsistencies or gaps and escalate to manager for resolution
Maintain clear, accurate, and audit-ready process documentation
Support knowledge transfer activities to HR Helpdesk (Accenture)
Prepare process guides, templates, and trackers for handoff
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completeness of information
Track transition progress, timelines, and risks
