Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Coordinator with 4+ years of proven experience in managing end-to-end technical projects across multiple technologies including Python, WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, and other programming frameworks.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience in handling international clients. The candidate must also be flexible to work in UK and USA shifts (post regular office hours) as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Perform project estimation, budgeting, and cost control
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
- Maintain structured documentation and process flow
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate and manage projects related to:
- Python applications
- WordPress (custom development & CMS solutions)
- Laravel web applications
- Node.js-based systems
- APIs, database systems, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams
- Ensure quality standards and technical feasibility
Team & Client Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (10–12 members)
- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Act as primary point of contact for clients (UK & USA regions)
- Manage stakeholder expectations and change requests
- Drive team performance and accountability
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients

Preferred (Good to Have)
- PMP / Scrum certification
- Technical development background
- Experience with DevOps & deployment processes
- Exposure to enterprise-level or global projects
