Job Title: SAP SCM ( SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ) TRAINER
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP SCM Trainer to deliver professional training programs in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM). The trainer will be responsible for teaching SAP SCM concepts, practical applications, system navigation, and real-time business scenarios to students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on SAP SCM modules.
- Train students on Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics Execution.
- Explain SAP SCM business processes and real-time industry applications.
- Develop course materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using SAP systems and case studies.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical tests.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SCM features and industry trends.
- Assist in curriculum development and training program improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- SAP SCM Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) – Preferred
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Logistics Processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in SAP SCM implementation, support, or training.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Experience working on real-time SAP projects will be an added advantage.
