We are seeking a customer-focused Body Shop Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the Body Shop department. The Body Shop Advisor will assess vehicle damage, explain repair requirements, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians and insurance representatives, and ensure a smooth repair process from vehicle reception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and inspect vehicles for accident or body repair requirements.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs to customers.
- Coordinate with body shop technicians to monitor repair progress and quality standards.
- Communicate repair updates, delays, and additional repair requirements to customers.
- Liaise with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals when required.
- Prepare job cards and maintain accurate repair documentation.
- Schedule vehicle repairs and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile service, body shop operations, or a Body Shop Advisor role.
- Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle body repair processes, estimation, and insurance claim procedures.
- Proficiency in preparing repair estimates and handling customer interactions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
