Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance services.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Manage office budgets and monitor administrative expenses.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding logistics, seating arrangements, and office infrastructure.
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS for management.
- Lead and mentor the administration team to achieve operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
