Full Stack Developer (Backend Focused) II Hobfit

Role Description
We are hiring a backend-focused Full Stack Developer to build high-throughput system architectures, scalable APIs, and core business logic in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with founders to own products end-to-end; from database design to client deployment.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Backend Architecture: Design and maintain scalable server-side services, microservices, and REST APIs using Node.js.
- Data Management: Optimize SQL/NoSQL schemas, complex queries, indexing, and caching mechanisms (Redis/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- System Performance: Profile, audit, and refactor services to ensure high availability, security, and sub-second latency.
- Full-Stack Delivery: Build clean web/mobile UIs using React.js, TypeScript, and React Native to support backend features.
- Production Ownership: Manage deployments, monitor application health, write unit/integration tests, and debug production issues.
- Consistently achieve retention, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of engineering experience with a strong focus on backend infrastructure and API design.
- Deep proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Solid hands-on experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
- Working knowledge of React.js and React Native.
- Familiarity with AWS/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- High ownership, strong debugging skills, and adaptability to fast-moving startup environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
