We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain company products and services clearly and professionally. Generate and qualify leads. Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required. Answer customer queries and resolve concerns politely. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets. Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
