Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation and customer acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads through various channels, maintaining client relationships, and assisting the sales team in achieving business objectives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through social media platforms, email campaigns, telecalling, networking, and other sales channels.
- Research and identify potential customers and target markets.
- Reach out to prospects and introduce company products and services.
- Qualify leads and maintain an organized customer database.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking lead generation performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, telecalling, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
