We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive – Care Companion to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about customer engagement, and have the ability to build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Travel within the city for client meetings as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Fresher or 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Preferred Candidates: Candidates currently based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
- Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
- Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
