1st Shift: 6am to 3pm
2nd Shift: 2pm to 11pm
3rd Shift: 10pm to 7am
There will be rotational shifts. Shifts change tentatively after a month’s gap
depending upon the work situation
Job Description:
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Hands-on/intermediate knowledge of AWS and DevOps principles (Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline)
- Good experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of the Incident Management process
- Strong documentation skills using Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (mandatory)
- Willing to learn the Japanese language
Good To Have
- Japanese Language Skills
- Knowledge of capital markets, reinsurance, exposure to banking
- and finance industry.
