We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager with a strong background in managing a gym, fitness center or strength studio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, operational, sales and customer relationship management skills to drive the growth and success of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Manage and lead a team of trainers, therapists and support staff
- Ensure exceptional member experience and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor membership sales, renewals and revenue growth.
- Monitor centre performance and achieve monthly business targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and engagement.
- Coordinate marketing activities, events, workshops and community outreach programs
- Maintain operational standards, cleanliness and compliance
Requirements
- 3-8yrs of experience managing a gym, fitness centre or a strength studio
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
- Experience in sales, member retention and business development
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in physiotherapy -led fitness centres or premium fitness studios
- Ability to build partnerships, conduct corporate wellness programs, and support business development initiatives.
