We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive international business growth and expand our presence in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, NFT, DeFi, AI, and FinTech sectors.
2. Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to client conversion.
3. Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
4. Interact with international clients to understand project requirements and business goals.
5. Schedule discovery calls, client demos, and technical meetings with internal teams.
6. Prepare proposals, presentations, project estimations, and business documentation.
7. Coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions and project feasibility.
8. Build long-term relationships with startups, enterprises, founders, and investors.
9. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, follow-ups, and business reports.
10. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
11. Stay updated with blockchain market trends, emerging Web3 technologies, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Software Sales.
2. Prior experience in Blockchain, Crypto, Web3, NFT, DeFi, AI, or FinTech industry is highly preferred.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, crypto ecosystem, and decentralized technologies.
4. Experience in handling international B2B clients.
5. Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Upwork bidding.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to convert client requirements into business opportunities.
8. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach towards sales.
9. Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Candidates from Madurai and nearby locations are highly preferred.
2. Experience working in blockchain or software development companies is an added advantage.
3. Strong professional communication and client handling capability.
4. Passionate about emerging technologies and startup culture.
