We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Architect to manage architectural planning, site execution coordination, quality checks, and project monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between design and execution teams while maintaining quality, compliance, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop efficient project designs, drawings, and specifications for architectural or engineering projects.
· Ensure designs align with project requirements, local building codes, and industry standards.
· Identify cost-effective design solutions and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and technologies considering durability, aesthetics, and budget.
· Prepare detailed architectural/engineering drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using relevant software and tools.
· Conduct regular site visits, inspections, audits, and analysis to maintain quality control.
· Actively monitor site activities through physical inspections and site videos to identify and resolve issues.
· Oversee construction materials at site and ensure there are no discrepancies, leakages, or operational gaps.
· Maintain site checklists and ensure proper execution of activities such as curing, level checking, and other construction processes.
· Verify measurements and immediately report and rectify discrepancies.
· Prepare and submit timely weekly progress reports with accurate project updates.
· Coordinate with estimation and execution teams to cross-check project estimations and site requirements.
· Determine project feasibility, constraints, and assist in project planning and estimations.
· Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
· Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, construction professionals, interior designers, and landscape architects.
· Ensure seamless coordination between design and construction teams throughout project execution.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
· Coordinate for necessary approvals, permissions, and project documentation.
· Maintain high levels of organization, responsiveness, and active participation in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
· Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site execution.
· Knowledge of building codes, quality standards, and project coordination.
· Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,734.28 - ₹53,169.72 per month
