Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Tele Sales Executives in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational goals.
Qualification
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Prior experience in handling a telesales team is preferred
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 Tele Sales Executives.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment with open communication.
- Manage team attendance, shrinkage, and attrition effectively.
- Ensure adherence to assigned shift timings.
Sales & Performance Management
- Achieve sales targets and process performance benchmarks.
- Communicate organizational goals and business objectives clearly to team members.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
- Maintain and analyze agent performance reports and productivity metrics.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure sales quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Maintain professionalism and discipline on the floor.
- Ensure compliance with all process and regulatory requirements.
Customer Management
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure customer queries are addressed within defined timelines.
Coaching & Development
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Support skill development and continuous learning within the team.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
