Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive / IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and hiring IT professionals for various technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualification:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
