Job Purpose (both Onsite / Offshore)
- Experion is seeking a seasoned Lead Content Writer with a strong background in Public Relations, Thought Leadership, and Executive Communications. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, storytelling finesse, and a solid grasp of technology and business landscapes to create impactful content that elevates Experion’s brand presence globally.
- This role requires the ability to work closely with CXOs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to craft narratives that position Experion as a trusted name in software product engineering and digital transformation. You will take ownership of CXO communications, industry commentary, event narratives, and PR-driven content across key global markets.
Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
Public Relations & Thought Leadership
- Conceptualize and craft CXO articles, opinion pieces, and bylines that reflect Experion’s vision, values, and technological expertise
- Curate industry commentary for Experion leaders on trending topics across digital transformation, product engineering, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the PR team to identify media opportunities, build narratives around key themes, and align communication with brand positioning.
- Write and edit press releases, statements, talking points, and thought leadership features for external communication.
- Experience in working across multiple geographies, with a strong understanding of content tone, style,
and positioning expectations for the US and UK markets.
Social Media & Topical Content
- Monitor technology and business trends to identify relevant content opportunities for Experion’s PR
- Re-purpose PR content & develop insight-driven social media content that enhances leadership visibility and strengthens brand positioning.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
- 8–10 years of experience in content writing, PR, or corporate communications, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.
- Proven expertise in executive communication and thought leadership development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience in media collaboration, industry commentary, and digital PR.
- Strong understanding of content expectations across geographies, particularly for US and UK audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Work closely with CXOs, business heads, and marketing leads to translate strategic ideas into impactful narratives.
- Lead PR and communication initiatives end-to-end — from ideation and research to execution and
publishing.
- Strategic thinker with strong research, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
