Sri Lakshmi Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager for Mahindra Personal Vehicle service operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete workshop and service operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
- Monitor workshop productivity and service quality
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Achieve monthly service and operational targets
- Coordinate with spare parts and warranty team
- Maintain reports, MIS, and service documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in automobile service operations preferred
- Strong team handling and customer management skills
- Knowledge in workshop management and vehicle diagnostics
- Experience in Mahindra or automobile dealership service operations is preferred
