Skills, Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Basic technical support knowledge.
- Documentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil (preferred).
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails.
- Provide timely and accurate technical support.
- Understand client issues and explain solutions clearly.
- Maintain records and follow support procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
