Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-Native Software Developer who can design and build AI-first applications where artificial intelligence is the core foundation, not just a feature. You will work on LLM-powered systems, AI agents, and intelligent workflows, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Application Development
- Build and deploy AI-native applications using LLMs and Generative AI tools.
- Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, copilots, and virtual assistants.
- Integrate AI capabilities into production systems and workflows.
LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering
- Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and similar AI platforms.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts, system instructions, and workflows.
- Implement function calling, tool integrations, and agent capabilities.
RAG & Data Pipelines
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Develop data ingestion, chunking, indexing, and retrieval pipelines.
Backend & System Design
- Develop scalable backend systems using Python and/or Node.js.
- Build APIs and microservices to support AI applications.
- Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
AI Agents & Automation
- Develop AI agents and multi-step autonomous workflows.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Automate complex business processes using AI.
Evaluation & Optimization
- Evaluate model outputs and improve response quality.
- Reduce hallucinations and optimize prompts and workflows.
- Improve latency, scalability, and token efficiency.
Required QualificationsCore Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (required).
- Experience with API development and backend systems.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
AI & Generative AI Skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or similar models.
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
- Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and NLP fundamentals.
Tools & Frameworks
- Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem.
Cloud & Deployment
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI SaaS products.
- Exposure to AI agents and autonomous systems.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks.
