Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline daily bodyshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise vehicle body repairs, accident claims processing, and quality control activities.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate technicians and support staff to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor repair schedules, manpower allocation, and vehicle turnaround time.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service management.
- Implement company policies, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
- Analyze bodyshop performance metrics and prepare operational and revenue reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bodyshop operations or automotive service management.
- Strong understanding of body repair procedures, insurance claim handling, and workshop administration.
- Proven leadership, team management, and customer handling capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,699.79 per month
