Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Conduct audience research using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Interest-Based Targeting.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Event Tracking.
- Understanding of Lead Generation, Sales Funnels, and Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM integrations and landing page optimization is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
