Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective parents and students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand the student's academic needs and recommend suitable Extramarks learning programs.
- Counsel parents and students regarding products, features, pricing, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries.
- Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and conversion KPIs.
- Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
