Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk/mass hiring of delivery workforce.
Source candidates via local networks, field visits, references & job portals.
Conduct field hiring drives & walk-in interviews.
Screen, shortlist & coordinate onboarding.
Ensure quick closures within defined TAT.
Requirements
1+ year experience in Delivery Boys Hiring (Field Recruitment)
Strong local connections & sourcing capability
Good communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable with field work & target-based hiring
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
