Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Min. 6 months of experience in Inside sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Coordinate with educational institutions, training partners, and recruiters
- Stay updated with current job market trends and career opportunities
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve counseling targets and contribute to student enrollments
- Provide one-to-one career guidance and counseling sessions
- Guide students in choosing the right career path, courses, and institutions
- Explain career options, job prospects, salary trends, and industry requirements
- Assist with admission guidance, eligibility criteria, and application processes
- Conduct career assessments, aptitude tests, and psychometric evaluations
- Help students develop academic and career plans

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
