- Training Coordination: Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and prepare virtual or physical training rooms.
- Content Creation: Assist in designing presentations, manuals, and e-learning materials.
- LMS Administration: Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including tracking attendance and employee progress.
- Feedback & Evaluation: Administer post-training surveys, consolidate data, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), external trainers, and staff regarding upcoming programs.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Experience: Typically 0 to 2 years of experience in L&D, HR, or corporate training coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital learning platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, along with clear written and verbal communication skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
