Entry-Level Engineering Coordinator
LGTLUX | Roadway, Infrastructure & Specialty Lighting Engineering
About LGTLUX
LGTLUX is an engineering and design consultancy delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically sound engineering solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. Our expertise includes electrical design, lighting design, BIM/CAD drafting, power distribution systems, energy-efficient solutions, and technical consultancy across domestic and international projects.
We're a small, focused team that treats lighting as a serious engineering discipline, not an afterthought — and we're growing. Joining LGTLUX now means getting in early, working directly with experienced engineers on real infrastructure projects, and building a career in a niche, high-demand specialty most people never even knew existed.
About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to support our project teams as we take designs from concept through commissioning. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to infrastructure engineering, project coordination, and the lighting design process. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to generate leads, coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain client communications, and contribute to expanding LGTLUX's market presence.
You'll work closely with our engineers, project managers, and external partners (agencies, consultants, and contractors) to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from one milestone to the next.
What You'll Do
Support project managers and engineers with day-to-day coordination of active lighting design projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent projects
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, drawings, and submittals
Assist in compiling technical specifications, tender documents, and commissioning checklists
Prepare quotations, capability statements, proposals, and service presentations.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (agencies, contractors, consultants)
Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and help maintain project files and records
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.
Support data entry and organization for photometric calculations and reports (training provided)
Help prepare materials for client presentations and project reviews
Take on other work and responsibilities as per business need
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (recent graduates welcome), OR equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management or CAD software is a plus but not required
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in infrastructure, engineering, or lighting design is a strong plus
What We Offer
Hands-on training in lighting engineering and infrastructure project coordination
Mentorship from experienced lighting engineers and project managers
Exposure to real roadway, intersection, and infrastructure projects from day one
A collaborative, detail-driven team culture
Why LGTLUX
At LGTLUX, we believe exceptional engineering begins with strong collaboration and innovative thinking. As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the future of sustainable electrical and lighting design.
