Job Title: Business Development Associate (Spoken English Institute)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to drive student admissions and expand our institute’s reach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate student leads through online and offline marketing activities.
* Counsel prospective students about Spoken English courses and career benefits.
* Convert inquiries into admissions by following up effectively.
* Conduct school, college, corporate, and community outreach programs.
* Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local organizations.
* Coordinate seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions using CRM or spreadsheets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
* Represent the institute professionally at all times.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, education, or admissions (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
* Ability to travel locally for business development activities.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in the education or training industry.
* Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Social media and digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
