SAP Consultant – Job DescriptionRole Overview
An SAP Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions to meet business requirements. They work closely with stakeholders to optimize processes using SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, or SAP SD.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on project needs
- Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects
- Provide end-user training and documentation
- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security compliance
- Participate in integration with other enterprise systems
Required SkillsCore SAP Skills
- Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and workflows
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or legacy SAP systems
Technical Skills (for Technical Consultants)
- Knowledge of ABAP
- Experience with SAP integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori / UI5
Functional Skills (for Functional Consultants)
- Business process knowledge (finance, supply chain, sales, HR, etc.)
- Ability to map business processes to SAP modules
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in teams and handle deadlines
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
