- Design and maintain secure and resilient cloud infrastructure.
- Implement ACD, skills-based routing, omnichannel flows, and campaign management.
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Python.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on GCP.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
