Business Development Executive – US Process (Night Shift)

Full-Time | Night Shift
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide support
- Maintain records and follow up on pending issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer support or related experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer and typing skills
